Nogent-le-Rotrou is a commune in Eure-et-Loir with 6,787 registered voters, the 7th largest of the département's 363 communes. At the municipal election of March 2026 56.8% of them voted, more than the 52.8% across Eure-et-Loir, and the list led by Harold Huwart won 22 of the council's 29 seats after a second round.
