Moulhard is a commune in Eure-et-Loir with 110 registered voters, the 343rd largest of the département's 363 communes. At the municipal election of March 2026 63.6% of them voted, more than the 52.8% across Eure-et-Loir, and ENSEMBLE POUR MOULHARD won 11 of the council's 11 seats in the first round.

In the first round of the 2022 presidential election the commune voted Ensemble (Macron camp) 32.6%, National Rally 27.2%, Republicans 16.3%. France Unbowed did 17 points worse here than across France.
