Manou is a commune in Eure-et-Loir with 426 registered voters, the 160th largest of the département's 363 communes. At the municipal election of March 2026 66.2% of them voted, more than the 52.8% across Eure-et-Loir, and Poursuivons l'élan, créons la nouveauté won 13 of the council's 15 seats in the first round.

In the first round of the 2022 presidential election the commune voted National Rally 45.9%, Ensemble (Macron camp) 25.7%, Republicans 6.5%. National Rally did 22 points better here than across France.
