Les Pilles is a commune in Drôme with 195 registered voters, the 225th largest of the département's 362 communes. At the municipal election of March 2026 72.8% of them voted, more than the 57.8% across Drôme, and Les pilles avec vous won 10 of the council's 11 seats in the first round.

In the first round of the 2022 presidential election the commune voted France Unbowed 39.5%, Ensemble (Macron camp) 17.8%, National Rally 16.3%. France Unbowed did 18 points better here than across France.
