Azerables is a commune in Creuse with 621 registered voters, the 26th largest of the département's 252 communes. At the municipal election of March 2026 85.2% of them voted, more than the 67.2% across Creuse, and Union Républicaine et Action Communale won 13 of the council's 15 seats in the first round.

In the first round of the 2022 presidential election the commune voted National Rally 24.1%, Ensemble (Macron camp) 23.3%, France Unbowed 21.1%. Ensemble (Macron camp) did 4 points worse here than across France.
