Pleubian is a commune in Côtes-d'Armor with 2,304 registered voters, the 51st largest of the département's 341 communes. At the municipal election of March 2026 73.8% of them voted, more than the 64.4% across Côtes-d'Armor, and PLEUBIAN AU COEUR won 15 of the council's 19 seats in the first round.

In the first round of the 2022 presidential election the commune voted Ensemble (Macron camp) 33.9%, National Rally 25.1%, France Unbowed 15.5%. France Unbowed did 6 points worse here than across France.
