Evran is a commune in Côtes-d'Armor with 1,443 registered voters, the 92nd largest of the département's 341 communes. At the municipal election of March 2026 70.6% of them voted, more than the 64.4% across Côtes-d'Armor, and EVRAN,TERRITOIRE D'AVENIR won 15 of the council's 19 seats in the first round.

In the first round of the 2022 presidential election the commune voted Ensemble (Macron camp) 29.9%, France Unbowed 22.7%, National Rally 22.6%.
