Neuilly-Crimolois is a commune in Côte-d'Or with 2,189 registered voters, the 19th largest of the département's 697 communes. At the municipal election of March 2026 63% of them voted, more than the 57.4% across Côte-d'Or, and the list led by Didier Relot won 21 of the council's 27 seats after a second round.

In the first round of the 2022 presidential election the commune voted Ensemble (Macron camp) 29.3%, National Rally 25.8%, France Unbowed 21.7%.
