About Porto-Vecchio

Porto-Vecchio is a commune in Corse-du-Sud with 11,155 registered voters, the 2nd largest of the département's 124 communes. At the municipal election of March 2026 67.5% of them voted, close to the 69.4% across Corse-du-Sud, and PÀ PORTIVECHJU won 25 of the council's 33 seats in the first round.

In the first round of the 2022 presidential election the commune voted National Rally 27.9%, Ensemble (Macron camp) 18.6%, France Unbowed 16.1%. Ensemble (Macron camp) did 9 points worse here than across France.
