Cuttoli-Corticchiato is a commune in Corse-du-Sud with 1,999 registered voters, the 13th largest of the département's 124 communes. At the municipal election of March 2026 86.3% of them voted, more than the 69.4% across Corse-du-Sud, and CAMPA QUI - INSEMI PA CUTULI CURTICHJATU won 15 of the council's 19 seats in the first round.

In the first round of the 2022 presidential election the commune voted National Rally 34.7%, Ensemble (Macron camp) 15.2%, France Unbowed 14.4%. Ensemble (Macron camp) did 12 points worse here than across France.
