About Luxé
Luxé is a commune in Charente with 588 registered voters, the 106th largest of the département's 359 communes. At the municipal election of March 2026 65% of them voted, more than the 57.7% across Charente, and CAP SUR DEMAIN-Ensemble pour l'avenir de Luxé won 12 of the council's 15 seats in the first round.
In the first round of the 2022 presidential election the commune voted National Rally 35%, Ensemble (Macron camp) 22.1%, France Unbowed 16.4%. National Rally did 12 points better here than across France.
