Foussignac is a commune in Charente with 474 registered voters, the 128th largest of the département's 359 communes. At the municipal election of March 2026 64.1% of them voted, more than the 57.7% across Charente, and Nouvel élan pour Foussignac won 15 of the council's 15 seats in the first round.
