About Beaugeay
Beaugeay is a commune in Charente-Maritime with 588 registered voters, the 200th largest of the département's 462 communes. At the municipal election of March 2026 49.1% of them voted, fewer than the 58.7% across Charente-Maritime, and ENSEMBLE POUR BEAUGEAY won 15 of the council's 15 seats in the first round.
In the first round of the 2022 presidential election the commune voted National Rally 40%, Ensemble (Macron camp) 26%, France Unbowed 12.1%. National Rally did 17 points better here than across France.
