Saint-Andiol is a commune in Bouches-du-Rhône with 2,730 registered voters, the 88th largest of the département's 119 communes. At the municipal election of March 2026 54.3% of them voted, close to the 56.2% across Bouches-du-Rhône, and CONSTRUISONS ENSEMBLE L'AVENIR DE SAINT-ANDIOL won 20 of the council's 23 seats in the first round.

In the first round of the 2022 presidential election the commune voted National Rally 34.8%, Ensemble (Macron camp) 19.1%, France Unbowed 16.9%. National Rally did 11 points better here than across France.
