Fabrezan is a commune in Aude with 1,089 registered voters, the 51st largest of the département's 433 communes. At the municipal election of March 2026 62.9% of them voted, close to the 64.6% across Aude, and AVEC NOUS, OSEZ L'AVENIR won 15 of the council's 15 seats in the first round.
