Les Riceys is a commune in Aube with 906 registered voters, the 36th largest of the département's 431 communes. At the municipal election of March 2026 73.1% of them voted, more than the 54.5% across Aube, and Les Riceys terres d'avenir won 13 of the council's 15 seats in the first round.

In the first round of the 2022 presidential election the commune voted National Rally 33.1%, Ensemble (Macron camp) 27%, Republicans 14.7%. France Unbowed did 17 points worse here than across France.
