About Duranus

Duranus is a commune in Alpes-Maritimes with 154 registered voters, the 133rd largest of the département's 163 communes. At the municipal election of March 2026 95.5% of them voted, more than the 55.3% across Alpes-Maritimes, and Harmonie et clarté pour Duranus won 9 of the council's 11 seats in the first round.

In the first round of the 2022 presidential election the commune voted National Rally 24.6%, Reconquête 16.4%, France Unbowed 15.5%. Ensemble (Macron camp) did 18 points worse here than across France.

Moved to today's national polls, our projection for the 2027 first round here has Marine Le Pen ahead on 37.9%, with Jean-Luc Mélenchon on 11.6%.
