At the municipal election of March 2026 81.2% of them voted, more than the 66% across Alpes-de-Haute-Provence, and Entre lac et montagne vivons Ubaye-Serre-Ponçon won 15 of the council's 19 seats in the first round.
In the first round of the 2022 presidential election the commune voted France Unbowed 27.8%, National Rally 25%, Ensemble (Macron camp) 13.5%. Ensemble (Macron camp) did 14 points worse here than across France.
