Jausiers is a commune in Alpes-de-Haute-Provence with 896 registered voters, the 33rd largest of the département's 197 communes. At the municipal election of March 2026 75.7% of them voted, more than the 66% across Alpes-de-Haute-Provence, and Notre village, notre avenir won 12 of the council's 15 seats in the first round.
In the first round of the 2022 presidential election the commune voted National Rally 26.7%, France Unbowed 24.7%, Ensemble (Macron camp) 18.9%. Ensemble (Macron camp) did 9 points worse here than across France.
