Neuilly-Saint-Front is a commune in Aisne with 1,614 registered voters, the 26th largest of the département's 797 communes. At the municipal election of March 2026 58.6% of them voted, more than the 56.3% across Aisne, and Agir ensemble pour Neuilly-Saint-Front won 15 of the council's 19 seats in the first round.

In the first round of the 2022 presidential election the commune voted National Rally 49.3%, Ensemble (Macron camp) 18.1%, France Unbowed 11.4%. National Rally did 26 points better here than across France.
