Hargicourt is a commune in Aisne with 390 registered voters, the 210th largest of the département's 797 communes. At the municipal election of March 2026 74.6% of them voted, more than the 56.3% across Aisne, and Ensemble pour Hargicourt won 12 of the council's 15 seats in the first round.
