Replonges is a commune in Ain with 2,993 registered voters, the 30th largest of the département's 390 communes. At the municipal election of March 2026 45.4% of them voted, fewer than the 52.5% across Ain, and REPLONGES POUR TOUS won 27 of the council's 27 seats in the first round.

In the first round of the 2022 presidential election the commune voted Ensemble (Macron camp) 33.4%, National Rally 28%, France Unbowed 12.4%. France Unbowed did 10 points worse here than across France.
