Arroyo de la Encomienda is a municipality in the province of Valladolid with 21,369 inhabitants, the 3rd largest of its 225 municipalities. Its council has 21 seats, and 11 make a majority to choose the mayor.
In May 2023 IPAE came first with 40% of the vote and 9 seats; PP was second with 4. 64.3% of the 15,993 voters on the roll cast a valid vote.
