About Lugo

Lugo is a municipality in the province of Lugo with 97,211 inhabitants, the largest of its 67 municipalities. Its council has 25 seats, and 13 make a majority to choose the mayor.

In May 2023 PP came first with 43.6% of the vote and 12 seats; PSDEG-PSOE was second with 8. 63.5% of the 77,569 voters on the roll cast a valid vote.
