About Meillon

Meillon is a commune in Pyrénées-Atlantiques with 900 registered voters, the 95th largest of the département's 545 communes. At the municipal election of March 2026 79.2% of them voted, more than the 62.5% across Pyrénées-Atlantiques, and L'Expérience au service du collectif won 12 of the council's 15 seats in the first round.

In the first round of the 2022 presidential election the commune voted Ensemble (Macron camp) 31.8%, National Rally 18.1%, France Unbowed 14.6%. Others did 8 points better here than across France.
