At the municipal election of March 2026 69.2% of them voted, more than the 62.5% across Pyrénées-Atlantiques, and GELOS, MA COMMUNE J'Y TIENS ! won 21 of the council's 27 seats in the first round.

In the first round of the 2022 presidential election the commune voted Ensemble (Macron camp) 28.1%, France Unbowed 21.3%, National Rally 15.9%. National Rally did 8 points worse here than across France.
