About Rieux-en-Cambrésis

Rieux-en-Cambrésis is a commune in Nord with 1,007 registered voters, the 323rd largest of the département's 647 communes. At the municipal election of March 2026 76.3% of them voted, more than the 54.3% across Nord, and the list led by Florentin Machut won 12 of the council's 15 seats after a second round.

In the first round of the 2022 presidential election the commune voted National Rally 39.5%, France Unbowed 17.5%, Ensemble (Macron camp) 15.7%. National Rally did 16 points better here than across France.
