Monsaguel is a commune in Dordogne with 131 registered voters, the 427th largest of the département's 503 communes. At the municipal election of March 2026 66.4% of them voted, close to the 65.8% across Dordogne, and MONSAGUEL AUJOURD'HUI won 11 of the council's 11 seats in the first round.
In the first round of the 2022 presidential election the commune voted National Rally 33.6%, France Unbowed 20.9%, Ensemble (Macron camp) 18.2%. National Rally did 10 points better here than across France.
