Serra-di-Ferro is a commune in Corse-du-Sud with 587 registered voters, the 35th largest of the département's 124 communes. At the municipal election of March 2026 73.3% of them voted, more than the 69.4% across Corse-du-Sud, and IMPIGNATI PA SARRA DI FARRU won 15 of the council's 15 seats in the first round.

In the first round of the 2022 presidential election the commune voted Ensemble (Macron camp) 28.2%, Reconquête 16.5%, Others 14.9%. Others did 12 points better here than across France.
